Verification protocol
Only a club-approved course package counts as digital. LiDAR status follows survey QA, asset validation and club sign-off.

Official scorecard
The current card, every tee set, official yardages, par, stroke index and ratings where available.
Named club contact
One person to confirm details, review the private proof and sign off the finished course. Nothing is published until then.
Permission to digitise
Written club permission to use the supplied scorecard, mapping information and approved imagery.
For GPS / LiDAR
Site access, intended use, available course reference data and, for surveys, airspace and operator permissions.
06 / Your information
Your course stays yours.
The club retains ownership of the information and media it supplies. TraceIT structures and presents that material under an agreed permission, with a visible source, revision and approval record.
Historic rounds remain attached to the course information that was valid when they were played, while future golfers receive the latest approved revision.

01Which package should we start with?
Choose 2D Course if you need accurate maps and finished club assets. Choose GPS / LiDAR 3D Course when TraceIT mapping or a survey-derived 3D twin are part of the plan.
02What is included in 2D Course?
A whole-course map, individual hole maps, structured course information, hazard mapping and an organised folder of the finished assets.
03What does GPS / LiDAR 3D Course add?
It adds the mapped tee, green and hazard references used by TraceIT. When commissioned, LiDAR adds survey-derived terrain, elevation and 3D assets.
04What do you need from us?
The current official scorecard, a named approving contact, written permission to digitise supplied material and any approved logo or imagery. GPS and LiDAR work also needs agreed site access and mapping or survey permissions.
05Does the club retain ownership?
Yes. The club keeps ownership of supplied information and media. TraceIT receives agreed permission to structure, maintain and present the finished package.
06Can the course be updated later?
Yes. The course record is versioned so future tee, yardage, rating and layout changes can be reviewed and reissued without recreating the package.
